John Taylor is an escapee from large midwestern law firms. He concentrates his practice in business matters. Mr. Taylor serves his clients by advising them on a broad spectrum of concerns, including litigation strategy, acquisition planning and execution, market strategy, regulatory compliance, and governmental relationships. His clients represent diverse fields, from internet banking to the gaming industry to commercial construction.   • Parliamentarian and Counsel to Speaker of Indiana House of Representatives, 1997 - 2003 and 2007 - Current
  • Convinced the Indiana Court of Appeals to overturn the imposition of significant tax liability on his client, resulting in a change in Indiana law
  • Lead and successful trial lawyer defending a significant financial institution from a shareholder lawsuit to prevent formation of a bank holding company
